This podcast grew out of my curiosity about people.

I invite you to join me—for conversations that leave us with something meaningful and inspiring.

My name is Małgorzata Lipmann and I am an actress. I am also a lecturer and acting coach—I support actors in preparing for roles and developing characters, among other things. I also work in development and training in the areas of communication, relationships, empathy, and public speaking. Sometimes I also work as a casting director. These different paths converge within me at a place where there is both human curiosity and a need for conversation and exchange, but also the satisfaction of sharing and accompanying others in their growth.

I invite people to the podcast who move, intrigue, and inspire me. Together, we explore and examine what drives us, what holds us back, and how to return to ourselves—in creativity, in relationships, and in agency.

The first series revolves around the theme of (Un)certainty in creative life.
